Our Story

The challenges of life experienced a couple of years ago led into the searching of solutions and, taking solace in the Word of God opened the fact that all answers to man’s challenges are readily made available in the Bible. The Ministry was born out of the understanding that Jesus’ only assignment given to His disciples is to preach the gospel to all nations of the world.

Matt. 28:19-20, Mark 16:15-18

This Ministry started from Mount Emmanuel (Emmanuel Cottage, Atari Area, Offa.) which was announced to deliver people from wicked ones tormenting many destinies. It was started by Lady Evangelist/Prophetess Oluwafunmilayo A. Oke along with some co-prayer partners. Due to increase in population, the Ministry had to be shifted to a place more spacious for people to pray. The venue found was a mountain owned by C&S and God was mightily manifesting Himself through His servant, but challenges arose as it happened to Isaac when he was digging for well but not always chanced, until he got to his Rehoboth. The Ministry had to shift from that mountain to another place which is the current Goshen Land.

The new location was found when Lady Evangelist/Prophetess Oluwafunmilayo A. Oke was passing by and stopped as she was thirsty to pray and has been looking for a place, as she loves to pray in the wilderness. Then she found out about our present location, while she was praying. She perceived in the spirit that the place is right for where the Ministry can continue for the time being. This was made known to the owner and request was made before the Ministry started using the place. The programs held there have been a success and God still does His works with many testimonies proving His power.

The great commission is to reach out to every soul and share the good news of salvation unto them. This will make them to overcome trials and tribulations irrespective of when and how such problems occur, through prayer. The period of digging dip into the Bible also expands the understanding in serving others (looking after the welfare and wellbeing of neighbors) which is more paramount to God.

Christianity calls for being the light and salt of the world and showing to people how beautiful is the world we live in. The Ministry has been in existence for almost a decade, touching lives positively and winning souls for Christ. The Ministry’s name was given by God Himself through a vision and He sent a little girl for the confirmation of His word. The evidence of God’s presence proves that He is the backing, backbone of the Ministry.
